    I am going to do a recipe page for southern milk gravy, like found at cracker barrell. I am origionally from Georgia, so our gravies run deep with grease. But if you eat them in moderation, I guess they are ok. Thanks for these recipes, I would like to learn more about different gravies.

    I had a good breakfast burrito this morning but this lens made my mouth water after I was already full! Wow, really liked this. If you like browsing lens like I do, mine has a great educational topic with poll questions for my readers to do.

    I have to admit that although gravy might be easy, I hate having to make it, since it's one more thing you have to do after the meat is done and ready to serve. I also agree that it's tastier if made correctly at home. I had some gravy at an unnamed restaurant yesterday on what would have been delicious turkey -- without that gravy. First, although it was lighter than the beef gravy, it was not poultry gravy and it was way too salty. Had I known how bad the gravy was, I would have had something other than turkey. So, the right gravy can make a dish, and the wrong one can break it.
