Before starting to create your Halloween window decorations, you should have these items on hand so that you don't find yourself stopped in your creative endeavours. Most are available at your local supermarket or craft store.

- Transparent nylon thread (to hang your decorations)

Here are the directions to make this quick and easy basic skeleton Halloween lantern for your window:
- Take a lunch bag
- Draw a skeleton on both sides of the bag
- Cut them out with a cutter knife so that you ensure the form of the bag is kept intact
- Then paint the bag black
- Fill the bag with sand and place the tea light in container inside the sand
- Then light the candle and place on the window support

- Draw a skeleton on a piece of Styrofoam

There's no Halloween without a few spiders and cobwebs, of course, therefore, we're going to create a spooky cobweb for your Halloween window.
- Draw some spiders with a pen - you can easily make a spider by drawing a simple circle along with 8 legs
- Color them black, cut them out and set aside
- Draw the cobweb with a very fine pencil and, in order for the cobweb to be cut out and stuck on your window, make sure the lines are at least 2 inches in thickness and intersecting lines are of 4 inches
- Cut out interesecting lines. If you need help to form the cobweb in a realistic way, find some cobweb pictures to get inspiration.
- Stick the spiders on both sides of the cobweb and stick to the window.
