Usually I don't think about decorating my window but that's a great opportunity because it can be seen from both sides. I enjoyed the ghost and the spider - simply perfect.

I like the way you have all the materials listed. Makes a craft easier to do if you actually know what you need to get!

I love this. We do like to make our own decorations, and new ideas for such are always fun. I am sure the same methods can be applied to other seasonal holidays too! Thanks for sharing it.

This is not really fit to be hung on a window but it certainly is funny and could be a great idea for halloween! LOL - maybe a dinner platter... Its a recipe i found on Retox Magazine on how to make a 'decomposing human finger' out of sausage. Pretty effective! LOL

Very cool lens - I love all these ideas! When my kids were little, we had a HUGE sliding glass door and I kept window clings for every holiday - Halloween being one of our very favorites! When it came time to decorate, I'd split up the window clings evenly between the three of them and let them all put up the clings how and where they wanted on that giant door. It was so much fun! The memory of that drew me into this lens and I love all these wonderful ideas you've provided!

I see a purple star here... you know I felt sure this lens would have one as it is so well done. Not a bit surprised that someone nominated it. Congratulations!

Yep, got its purple star in August - glad to see that my former star came back instead of this horrible big purple star ;)
  • KimGiancaterino Sep 13, 2010 @ 1:02 am | delete
Great ideas. I tape lots of ornaments to the windows for Halloween. Congratulations on your purple star.

  • LKW31 Aug 1, 2010 @ 4:33 am | delete
These are very cool! Brilliant ideas, that mummy window cling looks terrifying though. Maybe I shoudl get one to scare the kids away, rather than encourage their trick or treating! Ha ha!
  • SacredCynWear Jul 31, 2010 @ 4:43 pm | delete
Sounds like so much fun! I wish my girls were old enough to take part in some of these crafts with me! But they will enjoy them when they are done, maybe I'll have my two year old paint a skeleton~!
