Homemade All Purpose Cleaner

There are many ingredients used with a homemade all purpose cleaner and most of them are mixed and combined with others to give you the necessary chemical reaction that will get the job done safely and efficiently.

If I have to single one ingredient out from all the other natural ones on the list, it has to be Bicarbonate Soda. Now, many people won't be surprised by my choice, but even so they may not realize the full potential of its use, especially when combined with other natural products.

For most the obvious choice of use is to clean ceramic tiles, sinks, toilets and baths, but bicarbonate of soda can also be used in the kitchen to clean refrigerators and freezer surfaces, as carpet cleaner, car battery cleaner, chrome polish, laundry softener and many more.

Use this Drain cleaner once a week to keep drains clog free and fresh.



½ cup baking soda
1 cup white vinegar
1 gallon boiling water
½ a lemon

Pour baking soda down the drain, followed by vinegar. Allow the mixture to foam for several minutes and then flush the drain with boiling hot water.
