- I went out to read some of the articles on your blog and the one I was most interested in was about charter schools and homeschooling. Homeschooling is a daunting task if you don't have prior experience. Nowhat I am comfortable teaching my child, I am ready to try it on my own. Thanks for all this information.

- This lens is excellent for people who don't know about homeschooling or who would like to homeschool or who is homeschooling and need help with it. This lens is very informative. I was homeschooled as a child. I liked the freedom of being able to learn at your own pace.

- When I came to Squidoo 3 years ago, I knew a little bit about homeschooling and knew a few moms who were homeschooling. But since that time, I have learned so much from you super moms who are homeschoolers. Now I can easily and honestly say that homeschooling is an excellent and valid option if the parent is committed to it. I enjoyed seeing all of these super resources.

- Home schooling is the only option for some -- it can bring great satisfaction, although a lot of work is involved from the people involved. I wish good luck and success to all home preschooler and all the home school teachers. I had children with special needs for art that got A plus for their Cambridge Certificate -- the parents and children alike are still my friends.

- Another excellent lens. I think people who home school are incredible. It can't be easy to be parent, usually Mom, and teacher. I've only met one young boy who was being home schooled and I was so impressed with his knowledge and his mother/teacher. He was still involved in sports in the community and church was a way for him to socialize with other kids his own age. Bear hugs, Frankster

- Wow, what an awesome, helpful lens for those who want to homeschool. I'm not a parent, but I am very concerned about the problems of parents and kids nowadays and I read up on it. I participate in several Q&A web sites helping people with their problems and questions, and so next time I hear a question about homeschooling, I'll definitely refer them to your lens!

- I am a homeschooler who plans to homeschool . . . and the book selections you have here suggest that you are a woman of the same commitment, and for the same reasons, as my own mother. You are SO favorited, five-starred, and lensrolled -- also, there's a comprehensive curriculum you might want to check out for inclusion on this excellent site. I don't know if the Fellowship Academy of Christian Education is online yet -- they come out of Brevard, NC, and I've never been able to find a website. But they have a wonderful, comprehensive curriculum for K-12 -- I can personally vouch for them. You might want to give them a call (that is available online) and check them out.
