Internet Drives Home Based Business.
Ranked #31,853 in Business & Work, #469,515 overall
With the expansion of the internet and online marketing home based business booms.
With the small business owner experiencing the full wrath of a shrinking economy, it might just make sense to start looking at the trends and capitalize on them.
Even in a recession, home based businesses seem to be on the rise and with the massive expansion of the internet there is now an opportunity to make a living sitting in your home office at your computer. The ability to work from anywhere, spend more quality time with your friends and family, have an unlimited world wide customer base 24 hours a day.
These are just some of the reasons many small business owners are looking at online marketing as their future in the home based business world.

The American Dream?
Lets take a closer look.
I opened my first business 17 years ago at the age of 23. It was a small fitness center in a high end neighborhood here in Miami, Fl.
I thought my biggest challenge was going to be building a customer base and making enough revenue to pay my rent and still have some money left to pay my own bills. As it turns out, that was the easy part. In my first 3 years of business, we were sued once, had to fire 3 trainers for cheating, lying , or stealing. We needed monthly staff meetings to sort out all of the personality conflicts in the gym. My landlord raised my rent every year and gave me fewer benefits. The IRS was questioning my payroll. The state of Florida was investigating our usage with compliance to the health studio rules and regulations. Competition was coming in all around us and interest rates were going up on the loan I had taken out to buy my equipment. Was this the American Dream?

You Can Change.
When the time is right for you.
I have stayed away from this industry for 20 years. What was the reason for my sudden shift in heart?
Was it the fact that I am used to being beaten up by my employees, the IRS, and the state of Florida, and now 3 months into my home based business everyone seems to be so willing to help me from all levels of the company. With open arms might I add. With a smile of their face and from the heart!
Is it the fact that small business owners are more willing to treat a home based business like a business. If you want to make a million dollars, treat it like a million dollar business.
Maybe it's the ability to work from home where I am better able to help my wife and children and work from anywhere that I can get an internet signal.
Another attractive part of joining a home based business is the unlimited income potential and massive customer base doing business 24 hours a day 365 days a year. I have neither in my conventional based businesses.
Lastly the low start up costs are incredibly attractive. I spent hundreds of thousands of dollars to start up my conventional business as compared to less than $500 to get involved in my home business.
So If you own a small business or you are prospection a small business owner, keep in mind, they may be your next superstar in your home based business opportunity. Small business owners are sick of the grind where it feels like the whole world is up against you. They will appreciate an environment where everyone reaches out to pull you up not push you down. Start up costs are pennies in comparison and you can finally work at home or anywhere you go with an unlimited income potential.
It was a no brainer for me!!!
