The Truth About Network Marketing

First things first. The following information is about my experience with USANA Health Sciences. I can't tell you about each and every Network Marketing organization because I have yet to join them yet ;)

What is USANA?

USANA Health Sciences is many things. First off it is a company that believes that great health is possible by properly taking care of your body and giving it all the proper vitamins and minerals. This helps to prevent many degenerative diseases and lead a long healthy life.

USANA was founded by Dr. Myron Wentz. After losing both his parents to degenerative diseases he decided that people are dying too early for too long. What people need to realize is that many of these diseases such as cancer, heart disease, etc. are all preventable to some degree. We are in control of our future and if a long healthy life is important to you, USANA has the answers. For more information on Dr. Myron Wentz see video below.

USANA decided that instead of distributing through health stores and grocery stores, they would allow us the opportunity to profit along with them. Not only are we profiting by better health, USANA has the provided the chance for people who are motivated and stimulated, to earn a great income. The business is set up exactly the same way 99% of Corporate American businesses. A major difference is that in Corporate America, the top is the President or CEO, and under him/her is everyone else. You and I most likely would rank somewhere in the diagram. With USANA, you now have the opportunity to be the CEO. You will now have control over your own decisions. You don't have to ask a boss what you can and cannot do. For anyone interested in business, please look over the business plan and see the potential in Network Marketing.

Another important fact I would like to make is that in order to start your own business in almost all other avenues is VERY costly. It may take several years to build your USANA business, but all the efforts you put in initially will pay off in the long run. Imagine when you are off on a cruise to the Bahamas and you are still getting that weekly pay cheque. You don't have to request the time off with a boss, heck you don't even have to come home if you don't want to ;)
The problem that I see with many people is that they want instant gratification. Unfortunately, that is rare in this business. Although totally possible, it is not typically the case. I feel as though this is one of the major reasons people quit. They were under the impression that they would instantly become rich. I am not sure where they got their information from, but wherever it was, it was false. People should definitely do their research and be prepared to spend a bit before you start making money. The great thing about this is that the money you spend, you get back in product. Personally, I take the USANA Health Pack 100. In the Comparative Guide for Nutritional Supplements USANA ranks Gold Star. It ranks 5 out of 5. The rating is on various things. I used to take a women's one a day vitamin and I felt happy thinking I was doing something good for my body. The price was about $20 a bottle with about 50 pills. I took it every day, but like everyone I forgot many times. I looked this up in my Comparative guide and saw that it got 1 star out of 5. I thought....WOW. By the time I compared it, I had already started taking the USANA Health Pack. I felt proud of myself for making the decision to invest more in my health and be on the best of the best in the world of Multi-vitamins. Another product that surprised me was GNC. I am sure many of you have heard of this product because it is found in many malls all over the place. Not a cheap product, but definitely ranked like one in the comparative guide! That's all I will say ;) I don't want to piss anyone off...haha.




Alright, so here is the short and skinny of it. The initial investment is anywhere from $300 - $2000. This depends on what package you like and your ultimate goals. I entered with the $500 package and I feel as though I got what I needed at the time, but would have definitely considered the $1000 package as well. Totally up to the individual. So, after this, your business is active. You can now do whatever you want from here. My suggestion would be to do the training package that will be sent to you. I would also go onto the website and log in with your new associate ID and watch the videos in order to familiarize yourself with the products and ideas. Each month you are required to order 100 points worth of products. For me, I buy the Health Pack 100 which is exactly 100 points and costs $167.50. I share this with my partner so it ends up costing about $84 per month each. If I were to buy all of the vitamins that are in this pack, I would need to buy approximately 9 bottles of pills, each costing anywhere from $10 - $25. It's all in one easy pack, that I take with me wherever I am going and almost always remember to take them, unlike my women's one a day which I forgot about 1 out of 3 days.
Alright, now the good stuff. Once you have started your business, you are able to either sell the products, or meet other likeminded people who may also like the opportunity to work from home. Ordering is super easy! If you know someone who wants to order something, it is all done online. All you need is their name, address, and credit card. The order will be shipped directly to their house, and you will receive the credits for the order and any commission made. For USANA Associates we receive at least 10% off retail value. Meaning off each sale we can make money, as well as points which also turn into money. You can also sign people up if they would like to receive the 10% off as Preferred Clients. This is basically signing them up, but not as an Associate. This gives people the control to order their own products at their own pace, and you benefit by their points each time they order. You are also able to sign people up as Associates. This is for those who are interested in both the product as well as the potential to earn passive income.

So, hopefully I didn't overwhelm you too much. I am in this business not to sucker a person into joining with me, actually that's the last thing I want to do. I want people who are like minded and have the desire to succeed and earn passive income, as well as lead a long healthy life! 8. Live a long healthy life
