What Are Honorary Angels?
You may be asking what are honorary angels? These are angels whom are not full fledged angels, but they do have the abilities to bless or ding lenses. The only difference between a regular angel and an honorary is that the honorary ones are not assigned to categories to look after. In a sense, they can float anywhere. They don't have to do the assignment that are given to the angels. Even though there is over 30 angels chosen, there are far more angels floating around squidoo who vow to do good with their wings.

Current and Past Honorary Angels
Honorary Angel status is given to Giant Squid Organizers, Citizen Squids and Giant Squid greeters. Some of these lensmasters in the past has served as full fledged angels. If I have missed anyone, please leave me a message and I will add you to this lens.
My First Job
Besides being a lensmaster, my first job here while I have it is being the HTML and CSS Mentor. That is my my top priority. Does that mean I see everything or are on top of everything? No, but I try my best. I am here to help you. As a mentor, that is my job to answer any questions you may have.
My Job As A Honorary Angel
I take the job of being an angel very seriously. It is not something I take lightly. I know that if I ever did anything wrong, my wings would be clipped like the speed of light. When I first received my wings, it was weird. It was not something that I was used to. I used it sparingly and I still do. I vow to give out more blessing with the new arrivals of angels.
I had applied to become an angel this round. From what I do know is that there were quite a few lensmasters whom also did other things within squidoo that wanted to be angels. Most of us probably already had our wings for what we do within squidoo. Instead of having less collectively between the full fledged angels, giant squid organizers, giant squid greeters, and citizen squids, we were all told we were to be just honorary angels. This in turn leaves more room for ones whom don't have wings at all.
What Do I look For In a Lens?
First of all, I look for quality lenses when it comes to blessings. Working toward my goal of becoming a giant and giant 100 was a lot of work. The same information I used on my journey to becoming a giant and giant 100 is the same criteria that I will use toward blessing lenses.
I like to see lenses that have avatars, bios, all default module titles changed and with a more personal touch. I want your feelings about the subject you are writing about. Tell me why you like this subject. If you have no interest, then your readers won't have interest. You have to be excited.
HTML and CSS is something I really like seeing in a lens. Does that mean that I won't bless it without HTML or CSS? Absolutely not. There are some really great lenses out there without HTML and CSS. It is what you put into it, is what counts.
What Would It Take To Get A Ding From Me?
It has to be against the TOS of Squidoo to get me to ding any lenses. If I think it is borderline and there is a contact me button available, I will contact the lensmaster in question and explain to them why what they have written could get their lens locked. In the past, I have actually done that in the past. Not because I was on a mission, but because I was looking out for my fellow lensmasters.
