Hope is like Sunshine...It's always there behind the clouds
Even when the sky is the darkest, there is light. The same with hope. No matter what is happening in your life, there is always hope to hold onto.

Look around Hope is everywhere
Hope hasn't always been clear to me. There have been times in my life where I was in a deep, dark, isolated hole. It seemed hope was no where to be found. This hole I refer to is depression.
For those who haven't had depression, there is no way to discribe the dispair and profound sadness. Even if everything in your life is great, you still feel lost. And, if things are not going well then it is compounded.
Although feeling depressed is tragic, if you're open hope is there for you. Look around hope is eveywhere.

10 ways to share hope
10. Smile at a stranger.
9. Open the door for someone else.
8. Give away a peice of gum.
7. Make a joke while standing in a long line.
6. Leave a friendly note along with the tip for
excellent service.
5. Leave a note of encouragement to a server
having a bad night, and include a big tip.
4. Help load groceries in the car of a Mom with
small chiildren.
3. Tell someone to have a nice day.
2. Talk to the screaming kid in the store. Help a
Mom out. She doesn't want to hear it either.
1. Pay for the coffee of the person behind you in
the drive thru at Starbucks.

The HOPE Lady was created to bring my identity to the Internet. Sadly, this name is already taken. So after much careful thought I'm changing my name to the HOPE Ambassador.
Somehow I feel even better with this new name. I tried out several different titles and none of them seemed to fit. The HOPE Ambassador feels right and more committed to sharing hope. It commands a higher degree of urgency.
