Great info...thanks for that. In addition to menopausal symptoms, I have Hashimoto's disease which affected my thyroid and now have hypothyroidism as well. I can't tell which symptoms are caused by either problem as some symptoms may be overlapping. Either way, I feel your natural resources will help. Thanks again.

Irregular periods means may be the cause of hormone imbalance. But the reason of menopause is not the hormone imbalance. Nice article on menopause and the alternatives and the reasons thank you.

I rejected HRT right from the start - no hormones for me, thank you - and tried herbal relief for menopause discomforts. I find the food treatment approach fascinating and healthful so I'll give some of those ideas a try.

I think herbal remedies are really catching on. The days of HRT are gone in my honest opinion. The products you mention above including Amberen is what the popular alternative today.

This is truly excellent! I've also made a lens on menopause and hotflashes, but you have ultimately exceeded with this lens, with so much information I'm tempted to hang my head in shame by comparison.
