SHRIMP SKEWERS ~

Put on skewers: Lime wedge, 2 shrimp then on end a grape tomato. This looks great. Serve cocktail sauce in crystal dessert glass. Elegant & simple!

AVOCADO DIP ~

8 ripe avocado's, 1 bunch chopped cilantro, 1 bunch chopped scallion, 2 small tomatoes, 2 limes squeezed.

Peel & chop avocado's, add scallions, tomatoes & cilantro (all chopped), Squeeze 2 limes & mix ingredients, Add salt & pepper to taste. Serve with veggies, crackers, pretzels or chips!

STUFFED MUSHROOMS ~

12 Stuffing mushrooms, 1 t minced garlic, 1/2 cup chopped onion, 1 cup breadcrumbs, 1 tsp. parsley, 1/4 cup fat free mayo, 1/4 cup gorgonzola cheese,
1/2 c white wine, 3 slices provolone, salt & pepper & olive oil.

Preheat over to 350. Remove stems from mushroom caps & dice, Saute stems, garlic, onions in olive oil. Add wine & continue to saute. Season with s&p. Remove & place in bowl, add bread crumbs, chopped parsley, mayo & gorgonzola. Scoop small amount into each mushroom cap. Cook uncovered for 20-30 minutes. Last 5 minutes add small bits of provolone to top & melt. Yum!

PULLED PORK SANDWICHES (Easy!!!) ~

1 Large Pork (bone in) shoulder, 2 cans coke, 2 bottles bbq sauce

Cook pork in slow cooker overnight with 2 cans of coke on low. In morning Drain, take out pork & shred & return to slow cooker, add 2 bottles of your favorite bbq sauce. Stir & cook on low another 8 hours. Serve on rolls! Guys LOVE this! How easy?

KIELBASA/MEATBALL & MINI HOTDOG APPETIZER ~

Make your own meatballs, cut up kielbasa & add mini hot dogs to crock pot. Ingredients:
Kielbasa (cut into chunks)
meatballs (your own/store)
mini franks (your choice of meat/meats...)
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup ketchup
1 stick butter
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup water
1 tsp mustard

Throw all ingredients into crockpot & cook on low for 2 hours! My husband loves this & people always comment on how great this is. It's so easy & that's the best part. If you're going to a party, put all stuff in the crock-pot then go get ready while it cooks. Before leaving for the party, I put the meats in a serving bowl with a little of the sauce & poke a few festive toothpicks into the meat. Cover & your good to go!

BLT DIP ~

1 c. sour cream, 1 c. mayo, 1 lb. crumbled bacon, chopped sundried tomatoes, 1 bag pita chips, crackers or nacho chips. Mix all ingredients together & serve with chips or crackers! Easy & good!

LITTLE CRABBIES ~

1 pkg English muffins, 7 T. Butter melted, 1 jar old english cheddar cheese spread, garlic powder, salt & pepper, 1 can crab meat drained.

Pre-heat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients together in bowl. Spread onto each muffin. Cut muffin's into 1/4 & bake for 15 minutes on a cookie sheet. Easy peasy!

EASY BROCCOLI PIECES ~

Mix broccoli bag/chopped (cooked in microwave) with salt/pepper. Spread out crescent dough. Put broccoli mix on top & top with cheese of your choice. Put another can of cresent dough (flattened) on top. Bake 350 oven 30 minutes or until browned on top. Cut into triangles & serve.
