Well, I am taking your advice with the assembly of the horse. My four year old son and I are about to attempt to make Unicorns for his preschool class. We are in charge of snack and it has to start with the letter "U". I was thinking of using rolled fondant for the horn. I just hope it doesn't add too much weight!!!! Thanks for the great detail...I am sure it will come in handy.

  • KathyMcGraw Apr 21, 2010 @ 7:13 pm | delete
How fun to see this...and what a treat for HorseAndPony to have her own special cupcake :) Loved this, especially after reading of the disaster you had originally LOL :) I have a question are those peanuts already shelled? And other than the bows...everything is edible?
  • Sylvestermouse Apr 21, 2010 @ 7:18 pm | delete
I love you Kathy! Your question actually pointed out a few things I should have addressed in the lens. The peanuts are candy. There are so popular in our area that it did not occur to me that everyone wouldn't know what they are. Yes, everything, except the bows, is edible. I am going now to make those notes in the actual lens. Thank you for your help!
  • KathyMcGraw Apr 22, 2010 @ 10:00 am | delete
oh good thing I saw these as we were going shopping for our peanuts :) Makes more sense now....
