Steve's super easy Horseradish sauce

1 Large Horseradish root. (8+ inches at least 4 oz grated)
1 bottle mustard or ketchup.

I do like horseradish but I don't think I could use that much of it. I should grow it in a pot.

Horseradish flourished and took such a hold in my garden that, even after clearing it out "completely" two years ago, I still get little plants popping up where I don't want them. I ended up planting it in a large pot, so that I can still have a bit when I want it.
