I just love strong dark roast coffee blended with some french vanilla ice cream. You can always add cinammon, chocolate syrup or caramel. And of course, whipped cream! But your recipes sound fantastic. I have every intention on trying EACH one! Especially pumpkin! Great lens!

Delicious! I love both coffee and chocolate. :)
  • jimmyworldstar Dec 9, 2011 @ 3:53 pm | delete
For my hot chocolate, I make it with milk, a little simple syrup, and dark or milk chocolate bars. I boil the milk a little then combine the ingredients and top it off with some vanilla extract and a cinnamon stick. If I'm sick, I add a dash of cayenne pepper to give it a little kick. For coffee, I just add Baileys!
  • cheech1981 Dec 5, 2011 @ 10:21 pm | delete
great lens...i use a third cream and two thirds milk in my hot chocolate recipes and mix it in with the chocolate after melting it in a double boiler...this makes it pretty rich so i recommend small cups instead of a full mug but its pretty awesome. :)

Great lens. Im a coffee man over hot chocolate but my tip for hot chocolate is to use a small amount of milk with the chocolate powder to make a paste, heat that in the microwave and then add in about half milk again and heat until starts to froth. Add in the rest of the milk and give one quick microwave zap again.
  • ModernChakra Oct 24, 2011 @ 3:24 am | delete
