Hot Chocolate for the Holidays

Hot Chocolate Recipe
2 to 3 t. of cocoa powder
Dash of salt
1 c. milk
1/4 t. vanilla extract
Directions:
Mix the sugar, cocoa powder and salt in large mug. Heat milk in microwave on HIGH for 1-1/2 minutes or until hot. Gradually stir in hot milk to cocoa mixture in the mug until it is well blended. Stir in vanilla. 1 serving.
