Hot New Toys - 10/14/2011

This column, Hot Amazon Toys for October 14, 2011, is the fifth in a series of columns that I intend to continue producing on a weekly basis to keep you informed about the most popular toys on Amazon. These ongoing lists let you know exactly what kind of toys your kids will be looking forward to this holiday season. This week's top fifteen has very few surprises. Both colors of The LeapFrog Learning Tablet remain in the top five, but the rest of the top fifteen has shifted from last week's even just a little bit. Lego continues to have a high impact as a popular toy with both advent calendars and the Millenium Falcon sticking close to the top of the list. I would recommend keeping an eye on the prices on Amazon because some of them have shifted upward in the last week. But since it is Amazon, you should definitely consider purchasing from them with their super shipper saving for purchases over $25. One of the most intriguing toys is the Transformers: Dark Side of the Moon - Ultimate Optimus Prime because it has so many different things you can do with it. And even though it's not a good toy for your younger kids, your older kids will have a blast the different transformations of Omega Armor Power Up Mode, Optimus Prime Robot Mode, and Semi Truck/Trailer Mode.
