aka Miley Cyrus Hannah Monatana

For those of you who do not know. Miley was born, Destiny Hope Cyrus. On November 23, 1992.

She officially has changed her name to Miley Ray Cyrus.

Her parents, Leticia, and the famous country singer Billy Ray Cyrus. Billy will forever be linked to his hit, "Achy Breaky Heart."
At the ripe old age of nine, she had her first acting role on her father's series, "Doc."

That is were the journey began. At eleven she auditioned for Disney. They felt she was, "too small." She persisted, and it paid off. It has been said that Miley originally auditioned for the role of Lily Truscott. After she turned twelve, Disney called her back. Instead of giving her the role of Lily Truscott. they thought she would be much better as Miley Stewart/Hannah Montana so she then auditioned for Hannah Montana and got the role.

I think Disney is quite pleased with their decision, aren't you?
