House tips

As for now I am in the process of buying a new house , it is a bigger house than what i have today and i am planning some remodeling before i move inside. i will update here and get before and after images so you can get ideas.
after i will sign the contract next week i will start thinking about the home improvements with my handy man
it will include probably the following:
outside paint (red-brown)
inside: getting a thin long window at the staircase
break a wall between the closet and bathroom at the master bedroom and get a really big bathroom
get a big window at the living room instead of the standard one i have there now
