How can a newbie make money on squidoo

Yipee the money has now started to come in, although I won't give up the day job yet as it was $3.42 on one lens and $3.09 on another one of my len's however one of my lenses this week has cracked the top 100 for the last two days it ranked at 60 and today 10 may 07 has reached an all time high of 39 it eventually peaked at number 23 but has now fallen out of the top 100 although still making money on it now upto $7.78 and in the goggle search engine is number 4 on page 1 the 3 above are all paid for and this is free so hoping for big things in the next week still not able to give up the day job but looking better all the time.I now have about 10 lenses with money earned on them adding upto about $40 it has taken about 6 weeks from starting the lens to getting good traffic visits, click throughs and earning money. I have now started some groups as I was told this could also be a money maker, please join them if you have relevant len's and I will rate them. the groups are

I now have 3 lenses that are making sales two of them are head to head on about $3.50 each and the third one had a massive hit a day or two ago and shot straight in with $8.24 which is by far the best result I have has so far, still wont be able to retire just yet but hopefully when my other lenses start showing in google and getting seen there will be more sales to follow. The two lenses that are on $3.50 are both on page 1 of google search and one of them is getting really good traffic at the moment about 350 hits per week and climbing at the moment, so hopefully more money to follow.

Since I started at the end of march I have now 6 groups and 114 lenses. A lot of my watch and phone lenses are ones I started with are now getting good traffic on them ranging from my Motorola razr with 480 in 7 days to about 30-40 in 7 days. It has taken about 6 weeks for them to get to this stage so its not an overnight thing.

However the money has now started increasing and my sales for the lenses I have built adds up to about $170 plus some more money that was on products sold through click bank which is another $30. I am quite proud of this as I did not think I would see any significant cash until the end of June begining of July. My biggest sale to date is on a watch lens for $86, I could do with this on a few more, heres hoping.

The wealthy affiliate program has helped me quite a bit, gaining me traffic both to squidoo lenses and my web sites blogs. Yipee, I have my First Payday. Managed to surpass the $10 mark, pleased with this as I only started Squidoo in the last week of March 2007.
Last month I had $3.42 in my reserve hopper from march's money and was not expecting too much but to my surprise, I was told that I would be paid $24.32 for the month of April. I am very pleased with this and things are looking good for the next payday as May was quite a good on sales. Didnt sell too much in April but still made nearly $20 and I have had some good sales on my lenses Last month.

This month I am seeing a steady flow of sales from my lenses, so hopefully this trend will continue. I now have over 120 Lenses and 6 groups. Thats it for now but check out some of my lenses below, they are also linked to other lenses.

The update for june is that now one of my lenses has been in the top 100 for 43 days, highest ranking was 17 but now is about 54 but this fluctuates with sales which on that lens is now approaching $60, still waiting for the next pay check around the 10 july.

Me and my partner are now making about $1200 per month from squidoo, some months are less but some mores are alot more, so we have averaged the figures and it works out at about $1200 per month not bad for a nil cost just your time, this is from about 250 plus lenses, so the more good quality lenses you make the more money you make.

This is a site I have found quite useful in setting up differant things to try and make money ON-Line. Found this site very useful as they recommend SEO products, the ones they like are normally good sellers with a nice return from your lenses, I normally see what they recommend then make a lens promoting it with my other account, I like to keep SEO separate from my other lenses.
