How Do I cure acne? There are many ways to cure acne, such as by taking prescription drugs, topical creams, birth control pills, and many cleaners such as proactiv.

There are many ways you can cure acne naturally without having to resort to any of the above mentioned methods. I have tried all of them, and quite honestly they just ended up making my acne worse.

Prescription drugs had really bad side effects, and birth control pills gave me migraines so bad that I had to miss an entire semester of University.

Here are some tricks you can use if you are wondering: How do I cure acne? These following tips do help, but you should take a look at the system I used to get rid of my acne:



1. Eat low fat foods- Stay away from whole milk, butter, and red meats

2. Do not eat partially hydrogenated foods such as cookies, crackers and chips, carbonated beverages, excessive sugar and salt

3. Drink lots of water- Do not overlook this. Water flushes out toxins which will greatly reduce your acne

4. Eat lots of veggies and fruits- Carrots contain beta carotene which are great for your skin.

5. Do not eat chocolate and coffee

6. Soap actually makes your skin worse. It dries it up and is too alkaline for your skin. You need to maintain an acidic environment.

7. Get your rest- Lack of sleep causes increased hormone levels in the body which can increase sebum and make acne worse

8. Wash your face with lemon juice and warm water.

If you are thinking: How do I cure acne with birth control pills..? There is a birth control pill called Diane 35 which is approved to treat acne.

This particular pill cleared up my entire face, however the side effects were unbearable and I was forced to stop taking the pill.
