How does an iPod Work - Removing Songs

For the past few years, the iPod has continually remained as the top contender in the portable multimedia player market. It is lightweight and extremely portable and it has four different models - iPod shuffle, iPod mini, iPod U2, and 20 GB-60 GB memory iPod, and now, many new models are coming up as well. 

The iPod is such a small gadget and yet it can store many photos and songs. If you want to enhance your iPod experience, you can use its LCD screen which displays 65,000 vivid colors to view videos. You can enjoy continuous music for as long as fifteen hours because its battery is really tough and reliable. iPod's also have alarm clocks so that you can always track the time. Remove Songs Form Ipod 

If you want to remove songs from your iPod, how will you do it? The music player does not have the feature of removing the songs. Here is the exact procedure so that you can remove the old songs form your iPod.

1. Change the iPod's settings so that you can update your iPod manually.
2. Hok the iPod to your personal computer or a laptop.
3. Start the iTunes.
4. On the source list, highlight the iPod.
5. There is an iPod silhouette icon found on the iTunes right corner window. When you find that icon, click it.
6. Click the tab or command that lets you manage playlists and songs manually.
7. To remove the unwanted songs in your iPod, you should go back to the source list and then click your iPod.
8. Choose the songs that you want to remove from the playlist.
9. Click 'delete' and the songs will be removed.

If you want to delete the songs from the iTunes, you must do it separately because it will not be removed there even if you deleted the songs from the iPod.

Don't forget to follow the instructions carefully. Once you removed the older songs that you don't like anymore, you can again save new songs into your iPod. Remember, the iPod does not have its own feature to delete the songs from your playlist. You will need a computer in order to do it.
