*If your back pain is severe or doesn't improve after three days, you should call your health care provider. You should also get medical attention if you have back pain

So many should benefit from this - it can be bad news just to resign yourself to the medical system for help with back pain - there is so much to learn about body management.

Back Pain Sufferer for 4 years now - multiple torn discs in lower spin and neck! yewouch! I like your positivity that comes through your story, there is NOTHING in this world like back pain. I believe education is the key to understanding your pain.

Great info you got here. I injured my back a while ago deadlifting due to poor technique. The pain lingered for quite a bit, but fortunately has subsided once I get back to the gym. So I support the advice on resuming workouts once the pain is gone.

Good advice and information for anyone suffering with back pain ... and everyone who would like to 'prevent' chronic back pain.

Good source of info. Well done. I found my own back pain - more of a muscle thing - cleared up after 4 days of being wheat/carb free. Whenever it gets painful now, I get right of carbs and it heals within a day or so.

Thanks for compiling this. I'm currently having back pain and find that working out helps. I run and also do the full range of exercises available in my gym's circuit training room. I agree that a strong core is probably the best thing you can have to beat back problems. I should probably start wearing lower heels and drink less coffee too though!

This is a great lens, I have niggles with my back, but have never had really bad problems, but if I do, I will be sure to read this again in greater depth.

You shouldn't just wait around and do some of these if you get a bad back problem. Alot of these information can be used as a precaution. Strengthen your core muscles and do some basic stretches

I know how it feels to want to find valuable information and find spam and I didn't want to do the same mistakes to some people that are in the same condition as me.
