How I Promote My Articles Online the Free and Easy Way?

This is how I let readers find my articles online?
I started my hobby in writing since I was in grade school. Although I wrote poems, short stories and fables using my native tongue, as I grow up I begin liking to write articles in English. At first I am having a hard time constructing my sentences, and honestly up to now, there are times that I am running out of words. There are also times then that I wasn't liking people reading my articles with the fear that they may laugh at me or ridicule me. I hate it really when someone secretly reading my stories without my permission.
But that was a decade ago, I am no longer ashamed of my articles. In fact, when I begin writing online, I started to realize the essence of promoting my articles. It is a great feeling to see people reading my works, sharing it and following me. It only means that they like what I am doing. I also don't treat other writers as competitors rather I mingle with them, read their articles, share it and follow their path and ask them some tips on how I can promote my articles online the free and easy way.
And here are the things I learned that I feel generous to share it with you as well. If you love writing, start letting people read your articles. Believe me, it is a nice feeling to hear great words and even constructive criticisms from readers.

Facebook Page
a sure hit to get some readers
I stopped posting nonsense blurbs in my Facebook wall and start letting my friends know my latest articles. For me this free way to advertise my online articles is a sure hit to receive some traffic and make my Facebook friends be my avid readers as well. As of this writing I have more than 600 friends in Facebook and my goal is to double it or if lucky triple it before this year ends.Creating a Facebook Fan Page is also valuable as I see that the search engines are recognizing the importance of it nowadays. There are times that my Fan Page is in the Top 10 of the search engine results. So this means, posting the links to my articles in my Facebook page really works. It is indeed one of the easy way to promote articles online

Another free way to promote articles is to use twitter. This is what I've learn from some of my fave Squidoo writers. And so far, it is giving a quite good amount of readerships. I do have over 1,000 twitter followers and I also have goals to grow it by the end of the year. I know that it will work better if I have more twitter followers as for all we know, marketing, promoting and advertising is really a numbers game. You know what I mean? Blogger

I never forget to update my blogs even the day I started writing articles for Squidoo and other get paid to write websites I joined. Because I know, that I have readers their that can possibly read my published articles outside my blogs. I have many blog friends, followers and readers that became my referrals. Yes, they are now starting to like writing articles online.I will never ever forget my blogs even though it has a small number of readerships. It still works whenever I am using it as a tool to advertise or promote my articles. In so many ways I can such as including a back links to a related blog content, and putting the links in the side bar panel of my blogs.
Redgage
It is good to link articles in high pr sites
As of this writing, Redgage is in PR 4. I will no longer explain what page rank or PR means for online writers because you already know it for sure. Just whenever I have a published article that is least getting viewership, I see to it that I am promoting its link to websites that has a good PR. And yes, one of those is Redgage.Redgage is also a site where you can earn from uploading contents like links, blogs, documents, videos and photos. And aside from that, getting traffic is easy in Redgage as it has an active community that is very diligent in viewing contents of each members. I know, I experience this in Redgage and I am very satisfied to use it as my free tool to promote my articles online.
Joining different article writing websites
this make my articles get seen in the web the easy way
Like if I write topic about Getting Paid to Write in Squidoo, I will add the link to it in one of my articles written in my Triond page with the same topic. Cool! I am seeing good page views now in some of my articles with less traffic and those that were written few months back.

For me, the free and easy ways I do to promote my articles online really work. Although it takes time and a lot of patience to see some good results. At the end of the day, it pays all my smart work.
And letting people know that I write is one of the reason why I promote my articles. It does not make sense if I have thousand articles that only me can read. You and me will both agree that we write because we want readers, we want readers because we want to share our ideas, we share ideas not to impress but to inform someone. And we do this online, without expecting too much from it but at least we receive cash doing this.
So to reiterate, if you want to get viewership, start promoting your articles online in the free and easy ways you can.
