Let's do a little math. Divide your weight in kilograms by the square of height in meters and you get your Body Mass Index (BMI)! And if the BMI is equal to or greater than 25 kg/m2, then you are overweight (both men and women). This leads to health problems, including high blood pressure, high cholesterol, heart disease and so on.
My BMI was 29.4 and I began to feel the "fruits" of being overweight. I decided to get slim and during 2 moths I lost 6 kg and my BMI is now 27.4. Even though I have gone only half the way to a normal weight, I am very proud of this achievement. And I want to reveal the "secret" method.
There are three elements in my weight-loss method:
1) I walk 4-8 km (almost) every day.
2) Instead of a good supper I used to have, I eat about 100g of granola with a glass of milk.
3) I drink a lot of water
That's it. That allowed me to drop about 100g of weight almost every day. Plus
• I do not go hungry
• I am in good shape
And I will continue on this way to a normal weight.
