How To Build A HHO - What The Gas Companies Don't Want You To Know

For some background, a HHO cell uses a micro water reservoir. For any car you would find this reservoir in the engine bay. A small electric current gets run through the water and the molecules are then instantly chemically converted into HHO. In terms of a fuel, HHO gas will burn and will easily power the engine of any car.

Here's what you need to build a HHO:

1. A jar or small reservoir with a lid. It will be used to hold water. It's important that it's non-conductive.
2. Material for the electrodes, (i.e., graphite, razor blades, or other conductive items).
3. Nuts, bolts, screws and glue. These will be used to secure your pieces, and thus completing your electric circuit.
4. Firm plastic tubing. This will be used for the transfer of the HHO gas to the engine.

The process:

- Make holes in your container such that two electrodes fit snugly, and pass through it into the water. This will serve as the current for splitting the water molecules into HHO.

- You will also need to secure a tube for the passage of the HHO gas out of the reservoir and into the combustion chamber.

- Make sure the lid fits securely on the container, but remember that you will also need a way to add water into it. It's best to use distilled water, as tap water has many impurities.

- When everything is securely in place, hook up your electrodes to a small source of electricity. For the testing phase, you will want to run the HHO gas into another contained chamber.

- Apply your electric current, and watch for the immediate production of HHO gas. As the gas escapes your cell, it can be ignited by a hand-held lighter (here's where the contained chamber comes in). Once lit, the combusting HHO gas will give a small pop, and visibly burn up.
