1. Protein Shakes

The other great thing about protein shakes is that they do not fill you up that much. This way you can focus on consuming large amounts of carbs during your meals.

2. 4-Second Cadence

This is going to make a world of difference in your workouts. For each rep be sure to spend 4 seconds lowering the weight and then explode upwards as fast as you can. This will give your muscles two benefits in one exercise.

The first benefit is that the 4 second cadence will maximize the amount of muscle fibre you tear in each given muscle group. We all know that the more fibres we tear, the stronger (and larger) they will come back.

The second benefit is the explosion upwards. This will increase your muscle endurance which will give you a sexy muscle tone.

3. Don't Forget to Breathe
