Learn How To Build Muscles At Home Without Buying Weights

In this lens, I will teach you how to build muscles at home without needing to waste your money on weights! There are a lot of exercises that you can do that don't require weights, and after reading this lens, you will know of a few of them!

How I Learned This Stuff 

Before I get into a few exercises that can help you build muscles at home, I want to let you know where I learned about these exercises.

I was an Infantryman with the 101st Airborne, and our PT (Physical Training) program was quite intense. We worked out very often, and very hard! We barely ever made a trip to the gym, because working out in the grass was so much more convenient!

I learned a lot of different exercises that you can use to build muscles that don't require any weights, and I must say, they come in handy! I will never pay for a membership at a gym, or buy an expensive weight set ever again!

How To Build Your Biceps In Your Back Yard 

Biceps... the ladies love them, and the guys that dont have them really envy them!

Push ups are the staple of the Military. We use them to both punish soldiers, and make them stronger! There are so many different variations to the push up, and each variation works a different muscle group.

If you want to learn how to build your bicep muscles, but don't want to spend money on a set of dumbbells to curl, you can do one of the variations of the push up.

When in the push up position, turn your hands so that your fingers are facing outwards. This may feel a little bit uncomfortable if you have never done push ups like this, but once you knock out a few of them, you will start to get more comfortable.

I recommend starting out with about 3 sets of 10 of those, and build upon that every time you do them.

How To Build Your Triceps Using Only A Chair 

Triceps are my favorite thing to work out. I love the burning feeling that I feel in the back of my arm after a hard tricep workout!

The best way to build your biceps would be to obviously use weight training, but since this lens is all about how to build muscles at home, I will share a great exercise with you that you can do in your house, using only a chair!

Watch the video below, and you will see exactly how to do the chair dip. The chair dip is an amazingly effective way to create that burn that I love, and build solid biceps!

Don't ever think that just because you don't have a set of weights that you cant learn how to build muscles at home! The possibilities are only as limited as your mind! Get creative!
