How To Build Your Own Website

When I started Building websites I found it a little confusing. The Host that I used had a WYSIWYG (What you see is what you get) editor, and I made each page by hand.

This is just way to slow and difficult.

Other options are to make a Blog using Wordpress, make a squidoo lens (like this one) or to use some software to build your website like Dreamweaver or NVU.

Blogs and Lenses have a place, and are great for traffic. Sometimes you need your own website as well.

If you need your own website for a Sales page or a small business etc.... then software is the answer.

Dreamweaver is the best. It is the industry standard, however one of the down sides is the cost and the learning curve required.

NVU is free, however the learning curve is also difficult.
