How to Build up muscle. Well i am 31 now and have used several products. Some worked Really great and some Worked for Months. Some were great for a weak and then it fell off and it felt useless. Things have changed over the years. The internet highway has taught people a lot more than they can even practice. Today we have a variety of information to practice and most of them seems like a load of Junk. How To Build Up Muscle - Workout & Diet
This is the key for any Muscle building program. You need to sweat. How much you sweat to Build up that muscle is based on your persistence and your ability to go the extra bit. 100 Push ups may be a bit too much for a beginner, but for someone who has been working for over a year continuously, Its just a regular thing. They push bars of about their weight in the Gym to feel the pain. Work outs have to be regular Every day with breaks only once a week. your effort counts 100% and your genes dont count here. My diet is purely vegetarian. not vegan but vegetarian. No Eggs, No meat , No fish. Just plant diet and Milk. There is even a strict diet plan which avoids Green pepper and Tomatoes , lime and yogurt from my diet. This suits great for me but is not recommended for someone else. You need to know what you eat and what goes in your body and what effects it does on your workout. My protein comes strictly from milk and milk products. This includes a lot of cottage cheese, Tofu and Soy milk. Products with Trans fat is a strict no. Multivitamin tablets depending on what my doctor recommends. otherwise , all set with a regular workout and a perfect diet.

How to Build Up Muscle - The Abs.
The Abs, is the core part of my body work out. Its the toughest part on your body to tone. Ever seen a fat guy with a 6 pack abs. Well think about it, you will not see anyone who has a 6 pack ab unhealthy , fat, sick or in bad shape. The ab work out is core for your physique . My ex-gym trainer was a big guy.
