For the longest time I struggled with my weight. Being an all American athlete in my younger days made it extremely difficult for me to deal with. Once I moved on to other aspects of my life my bad eating habits caught up to me. It got to the point where I was very depressed with my weight situation. I knew I either had to fix the problem or continue living a miserable life in a fat body that I knew wasn't really me.
With my new found determination I went out and tried pretty much every fad weight loss diet on the market. They all worked for a few weeks, but less than a month later I gained it all back, plus some. I went from Atkins, to South Beach, to tuna and water, to the grapefruit diet, and everything in between. No matter what the diet was the results were always the same, and the fat me continued to haunt my everyday life.

- thanks for the great informative lens really like how you put a lot of effort in those great tips really appreciate it so far. I've rated it also a 5 star for it. me too I've been also struggling on how to burn some fats but when I found another site that is also informative and this one also really helps to gain some motivations on burning fats. - screw you, you are just a commercial for that acai bogus i never heard of, and billions of other people do fine without it. It is impossible to burn fat and gain muscle in the same time, and every competent nutritionist will back what i have said.
