My focus of this research was to search for outlets that cheap motorcycles could be purchased to serve as work transportation, due to the high fuel costs of today. Government Auctions appear to be the only outlet that you can truly buy below retail. The auction sources that I found include IRS, DEA, Banks, State Police, FBI and Independent. Motorcycles sold through these auctions, sell below retail because the seller has little or no money invested. It is easy to sell cheap when your return is all profit!
