How to cook pasta bake

1. Firstly you need hot water, traditionally most people fill the pan and wait for it to boil on the hob, however I prefer to boil the water in the kettle for speed.

2. Once the water has reached boiling point pour in the pasta and leave to boil for 10-15 minutes. Always stir every few minutes to avoid pasta sticking to the bottom of the pan. Take care not to pour too much pasta in. Pasta expands when in the pan :)

After 10 minutes the pasta should start to expand and soften.

3. Once the pasta has been softened remove from the hob and drain. Pour the pasta back into the pan and add your favourite sauces. Stir for a few minutes then add cheese.

Quick tip : cut a large chunk of cheese and stir this into the mix as it melts.
