A fun way to decorate a football cupcake is to use icing. Here is my favorite recipes for icing. Butter cream or cream cheese. Both are fantastic and both are able to be colored and used in piping tubes. Just fill the tubes and let your imagination take control! Add some favor decorations and your work is done! Go enjoy the game!Here are my favorite icing recipes. I was raised on the Buttercream icing and I raised my kids on that and the Cream Cheese version! Everyone loved my icing!

I can personally vouch for these mini cupcakes! They are the favorite for my grand daughters...and me. NO MESS!
