My Personal Experience And Some Tips

Recently, I read about how an extreme detox diet could bring more harm than good in a book titled "The Body Detox SECRET". Since last year, I used to do the lemon juice detox once every 3 months, however, now I finally realize that this is not the correct approach towards long term health.

From what I read in "The Body Detox SECRET", one should never undergo more than 3 times of intensive detox diet because sudden relief from toxin will actually inflict damage to the organs. I have learn how can I detox my body safely and healthily everyday without undergoing an intensive detox diet like the lemon juice detox.

It has been about 1 month since I followed the tips provided in "The Body Detox SECRET" (you can find the tips HERE), and I feel more energized everyday. The result is much better than the lemon detox diet, and not to say that it is easier to follow.

In the book, I learn that everyone should start alkalizing their body in order to help our organs to run at the optimum level. This is indeed true because many medical books advocate the idea that the first thing that we should do to restore our health is to alkalize our body. (P/S : this information is included in the supplementary book titled "The Alkalizing And Acidifying Handbook")

After the diet, I do not feel lethargic every morning when I wake up. I do not get headache and stomach ache so often anymore. I feel glad because the lemon juice detox and even my general doctor are unable to solve this problem.

The approach outlined in "The Body Detox SECRET" teaches you how to detox your body in a rationale and safe way. It is a holistic approach that tackles different problems that will cause toxic accumulation in our body. This includes :
