One needs to learn to live life every moment. Do not cling on your past or wish you could have this or that. Appreciate what you already have now. Make 2 words your Life- "Here" and "Now". Once you have accepted that- you become more positive and appreciative.
Surround yourself with Positive People
This can be a best explained with a saying, "Birds of the same feather flock together". If you flock together with Negative people, you will become Negative. On the other hand, if you associate yourself with Positive people, they can influence your character and attitude.
