There are programs that automatically spin your articles for you, but I prefer to write my own variations. From my experience, when your content is automatically spun without your input, it doesn't seem very readable or sound coherent in most cases. Of course there are programs that allow you to have full control over the article spinning process as well, which should drastically cut down on the amount of time it takes to have your master spin article ready for FTS submission.

Most, if not all of the links from the blogs that you submit to are "do follow".

• I personally prefer having each available backlink in the articles I submit to FTS, point to a different webpage, as opposed to having them all point to the same page. That way I knock at least 2 birds with one stone. In this case, use one article to backlink to at least 2 different pages, to help them in the rankings and acquire visitors.


• Don't begin writing your article in Free Traffic System. Write your article in notepad, favourite text editor or your article spinning program first, then copy it and paste it into the respective fields of FTS article submission form. The reason for this is that, you'll be automatically logged out of FTS long before you finish your article if you were to start everything from scratch there, upon clicking submit and you can lose all of your work. This is also a possibility if internet connectivity is lost during the submission process.


• As an extension to the point above, when I copy my stuff from notepad and paste it into FTS, I like to have another tab open, logged in at the FTS website (like at the stats page for example) and refresh it within every 5 minutes or so. Even after copying and pasting into the submission form of FTS, it can take a while to choose the blogs you want your content to go to. Having that extra tab open with the FTS website and logged in, and refreshed frequently, ensures that I don't get automatically logged out in my main tab where I'm submitting the article. If I don't do this, I could be logged out when I hit submit, and I'll most likely have to refill the forms again, an unnecessary time waster =)


• Spinning longer groups of words seems to produce the best result for me. I like to spin whole sentences wherever I could in most of my articles. It beats spinning a few individual words in a sentence, which may diminish the uniqueness of a spun article, since everything around the spun word is the same.


• Don't get careless with keywords and think you'll be able to rank for any keyword like "make money" or "weight loss". It's still highly recommended that you do keyword research to determine your chances of ranking for whatever keyword(s) you're targeting.
