How To Do Magic Tricks | Magic Tricks For Beginners

 Do you want to learn how to do magic tricks? Although I am not a professional magician, anyone can become a part time magician.

 The magic tricks I am playing are simple using very basic items such as coins, paper tissue, poker cards and small items. It gives me a sense of satisfaction when people love my magic tricks. You can learn how to do magic tricks in a weekend and show off to your friends and family about your new skill.

 Here are some tips on how to learn magic tricks. I accumulated this information after years as a part time magician.

 1. Practice

 Like any new skill, learning how to do magic tricks is tough at the beginning particularly when your fingers aren't nimble. All it takes is practice and practice.

 One suggestion I have is to place a big mirror in front of you when you are learning new magic tricks. Watch yourself and more importantly, your facial expressions. Most great magicians have trained for years to display the correct facial expression when the timing is right.

 2. Never tell others your magic tricks

 Do not disclose your secrets to your friends once you have performed for them. They lose interest in watching you play your magic tricks and instead want to learn it by themselves.

 You can teach simple magic tricks if you want but do not under any circumstances disclose your best magic tricks.

 3. Be unpredictable

 In this day and age, most people are exposed to a lot of different magic tricks. Some of it may be the same and some people can easily guess the outcome without even trying to guess.

 When this happens, your magic tricks just aren't appealing so try to be unpredictable. An example could be misleading the audience to believe one thing but instead you are doing something totally different. Or act as though if you are not sure you can perform the magic trick successfully. (Of course, you can perform it but just act as if you do not know the magic trick.)

 Learning how to do magic tricks isn't difficult, it requires constant practice.
