Eat pounds of pills, puts super-shorts and super-belts, and then eats hamburger, hot-dog, nourishing mutton leg with a garnish, and on dessert cake with a cream or a roll.
And then woman complains to all friends: has spent a lot of money for drugs for maintenance of normal weight of a body, and they work in opposite direction, I am growing fatter.

- cereals and flakes,

- meat, fish, poultry,
- milk and dairy products.

2. Energy value of ration (its caloric content) should cover only power inputs of an organism on all kinds of activity and vice versa.
Control intake of nutrients, do not overeat. The majority of people consumes too many calories, not noticing, they eat mechanically (for example,during heart-to-heart talk or near TV). Never eat up, if has prepared or has put superfluous amount of food.

3. The most part of your food try to eat in the daytime.
Have dense breakfast (coarse porridge with milk, egg, piece of meat or fish). Main amount of food of a daily diet (up to 65 %) should be eaten in a day time ingestion: 2nd breakfast, dinner and afternoon snack. It will save you from night overeating. You should have light supper, basically cultured milk foods, vegetables, cereals etc., however for people with special problems with excess weight not later than 7 PM.

8. Once a week everyone who wishes to lose fat should eat mainly raw vegetables and not sweet fruit.

9. Use dynamic, specific effect of foodstuffs for natural and painless achievement of result. In other words, if you eat first piece of some protein product (meat, fish, poultry, cottage cheese, etc.) then you will gain muscles and lose fat! Otherwise the effect will be opposite - you will gain, mainly, fat.

10. Learn to use competently products of the high biological value (first of all high-protein concentrates, fat-burners and vitamin additives). All of them are made of natural products, but differ from natural products by taste and, certainly, concentration of those elements which in this case are more necessary for you. Supplementing the diet good, scientifically proved additives, you form the ideal environment for maintenance of a low level of fat.

11. Eat slowly!

12. Avoid strong drinks!
Alcohol stimulates appetite and promotes weight gain. Allowable only dry wine (white, red, pink) no more than 200g. a day.

13. Try to avoid strongly spiced, especially salty, dishes!

14. Do not miss food intake!
Each missed time increases appetite during next meal.

15. Be patient, in order to consistently and persistently follow your new lifestyle.
