I know its hard to understand, but the more you eat during the day will make you burn more calories and have a faster metabolism. Basically, you will be burning more calories than you are taking in. You can eat more during the day as long as you understand the food you can eat and eat smaller portions. So instead of 3 meals a day you could be eating 5!
Tips on how to lose weight while eating more
1) Do not skip any meal! Skipping meals will make you hungrier later and will cause you to eat more than you should. Eating small balanced meals during the day is the way to go.
2) Include more fruits and veggies into your diet. Instead of eating a candy bar as a snack, grab a banana. Fruits and veggies provide you with amazing nutrients and have low calories naturally.
3) Instead of caffeinated or carbonated drinks, drink water. Aim for about 8 glasses a day. Not only will this help you lose weight, but it will help you be healthier and more beautiful!
