What to Look for in a Hosting Site
First off, do your homework. Spend some time reading reviews.
Decide exactly, what do I need, ie. a personal site? a blog site? a business site?
Look into all the features each host offers.
Compare prices, but remember the old adage "you get what you pay for"
There are great bargains out there so shop around :)
It is very important to read all the terms of service and the small print, I know its arduous, but it is necessary.
*There are some hosting sites which I cannot abide such as, those who promote cruelty to animals, they will not be listed here*
Questions to ask:
Money back policy?
24/7 support?
Do they have a phone number where you can reach support or at least live chat? Nothing is more frustrating than not being able to reach customer support!
How long have they been in business?
How often do the servers go down for maintenance, what time of day etc?
You don't want to be running a business on a site that is down when your potential customers are shopping.
Do they have any site promotion tools?
Are you going to have dozens of Ads on your page which might direct traffic away from your site?
On a free site you would expect this, but on a paid site, you do not want that.
Do they allow you to link to other sites?
For example, you want to use your site as a landing page for search engines and then link to your store sites, be sure to ask, some hosts do not permit this.
Easy to use?
Do they offer free site building software? In other words, is building a site going to be easy and user friendly or a complete nightmare?
Will I have my own domain name?
Here are a few Web Hosting sites.
Please feel free to answer the polls and leave comments, this will help everyone.
If any host has excessive negative feedback, the link will be removed, and the reviews left for all to see.

I Page
Appears easy to use, and they offer an anytime money-back guarantee.
Also seems very basic although they do give you an online store. I have not personally used them.
