I love the idea of a deep fried turkey, but it's the only method I've never tried for cooking turkey (and believe me, I've tried A LOT of methods). Great lens. Adding to my Cooking Turkey Perfectly lensroll.

I love your turkey lens! I love turkey meat more than I love chicken or duck or beef or pork and have always wanted to deep fry the whole thing. All I need is some frying tips (like the tips you just shared), lots and lots of oil and of course, the right frying equipment! Thanks.
