All athletes want to gain muscle; better yet all males want to gain muscle. Gaining muscle is also so easy that everyone that wants to can! But the thing is, not everyone will be able to gain weight for an extended period of time. After a little training, most athletes reach a standstill and can no longer build muscle. Well I'm here to show you how to bust through that and show you how to gain muscle when muscle just won't come.

One of the easiest things to improve as an athlete is an athlete's size. It is honestly very simple to gain build muscle. If an athlete wanted me to teach them how to gain muscle, that would make my job so much easier as I could develop a simple method within minutes that would have them piling on weight.

It is actually possible for one to gain close to 25 pounds in their first year of training. But that is very hard to do unless one is training great and eating tons. Most people reach their stalling point right around 10-15 pounds of muscle, but it is actually easy to break through that.

The first thing an athlete must do to gain muscle is train. Now that is very obvious, but most fail to actually train. I know that they think they are training, but they are really just "working out". It is fine and dandy for one to work out if they only want to stay "in shape", but if you want to add serious muscle to your body, then working out just will not cut it. Gaining weight is easy, but the training one must do in order to actually put the weight on their body is actually quite tough. By that I mean that it gives an athlete that "burn" and builds up tons of lactic acid which can make an athlete very sore for days to come. But soreness is a price one must pay in order to build tons of muscle.

An athlete must also be eating a ton in order to build muscle. This is simple to understand as the only way to gain weight is by eating more calories than normal. But I advise that athletes eat a lot more calories than normal. But I like them to watch out for junk food as that can lead to some bad health problems down the road.

So now you know that gaining muscle is quite easy, all you have to do is train hard and eat lots. There are some other small factors that play a small role, but they are not necessary for you to be worrying about at this stage. Now you know how to gain muscle, so go and do it!
