How to Generate Leads

This first module is about a webinar I watched about a year ago. The webinar is called "Famous on Facebook." We all know that almost everyone has a facebook page now and days right? Well I know this and of course my first thought was "hey if i post about my business on my status all my friends will see it right?" Well yes, that is right but it is absolutely THE WRONG WAY TO USE FACEBOOK TO GENERATE LEADS!! People, Please do not chase all of your friends away by becoming a walking, talking telemarketer! You will not Generate Leads that way, and worst you will lose all of your friends! That was my first deadly mistake. So my next idea was to try using the facebook ads to Generate Leads. Well all was going well for a few hours. I was actually able to Generate about 20-30 leads. Then all of a sudden my ads were banned and i spent about $200 to Generate those 20-30 leads. Not very effective. So the question again is How in the heck am I suppose to Generate leads using facebook without spending $1-3 bucks per click or without chasing away all of my friends. Well I'm going to tell you the same way a great marketer once told me. Generating leads on facebook is about much more than having a lot of friends. Its about presenting yourself as a professional and using the method of "Attraction Marketing" to bring people to you instead of you chasing and begging people to hear about your opportunity. Generating leads is a never ending battle. Leads are the gasoline that fuels your internet business. So I can never put enough infensus on the importance of always making yourself better at generating leads. There are 100's of ways that marketers use to generate leads. The only way to really understand which methods will work for you best is to dabble in all of them and see what nets you the best results or is most easy for you to use. I typically like to work with the lower cost methods. Yes Google adwords and ppc are excellent ways to generate leads but not all of us can afford those expensive methods. Not to mention the recent ban google has put on all network marketers trying to use adwords to generate leads.
