Blue Letter Bible Institute
A great place for people who already have some biblical knowledge would be the Blue Letter Bible Institute. BLB has 13 individual courses that you could take for further information. The courses are free and they earn you a certificate of completion. They are not accredited by the Department of Education, but they offer excellent study for those who are looking to enhance their biblical knowledge. While Blue Bible Institute is great for all levels of student, I would have to say that the courses would be hard for someone who is a new Christian because some of the concepts are hard. Blue Letter also has an online bible for its students and the books for each course are available in PDF and MP3. Dimensions of Faith Bible Study
For students who can't afford seminary training but want to learn from an accredited school, there is the Dimensions of Faith. The program itself is not accredited to my knowledge but you get the same education that you get from the accredited Ockenga Institute of Gordon Conwell. They do send you a certificate upon completion. There are quite a few lessons to give you a better education, also it has in-depth teaching by people who have become doctors in the subject matter that they teach. My favorite class of all the classes is the Prophets and Promise Class taught by Dr. Douglas Stuart and the Letters to God's People taught by Dr. T. David Gordon. The school is free and if you decide to go to the Ockenga Institute for a degree program it is low cost as well. This is a great way to get a seminary education.www.gordonconwell.edu

Pillar of Truth Bible Institute is a great place to get a religious based degree. This school is outstanding for learning as much as you possibly can about many different biblical topics. The school offers a certificate for finishing its workload which mainly includes a lot of reading and a test. You will get a lesson in finding biblical information on Wikipedia that will help you in your study, however some of the information on Wikipedia is not always perfect and some of it is unsubstantiated, some cant be proven and some is just plain wrong, however you will have a great starting point for a research of those particular topics.
