Helpful tips to your ab success

Instead of ordering that soda consider just drinking water. Even clear soda (sprite) is healthier and has less calories than darker sodas (coke, pepsi, ect.). Drinking just water, or switching to clear soda will be hard, but who ever said getting what you want is easy?

Be active! Believe it or not, people that are physically fit are more likely to be happier than those that are not physically fit. Not only because they are more likely to have a healthier looking body, but because of the chemicals that are released into our bodies when we work out. So, I challenge you today to pick up a sport, run, or simply walk for thirty minutes everyday. You'll notice the difference in your life.

Get active when watching T.V! What do I mean by that? During the LONG commercials that are aired during your favorite t.v show, do push ups. do 10, 20, a 100! Do as many push ups as you can during the commercials. Decide to do more push ups during today's commercials than yesterdays. Push ups are great for the ab muscles and basically your whole body. Keep this up for two weeks and your friends (and anyone else you might want to see the changes) will notice the difference.
- Decide to take action! I know I'm stressing this one quite a bit, but that's because this is so important. You can have the best workout plan, the best diet laid out before you, but if you never do anything with them your just wasting your time. So instead of being another one of those people that will be wishing they had done something about their body be the person that everyone looks at and thinks "DAMN!"
