How to Get Muscular Quickly

If want to learn how to get muscular, then I really hope these methods help you. I have been a hard gainer all my life. The only time I began to make progress was when I began to consciously follow these very techniques. I really do believe this is the "secret" for how to get muscular.

Hope this helps

1. Workout Intensity

How to Get Muscular

A lot of people seem to think that getting muscular is directly related to how many hours you spend in the gym. That is complete bull.

Rather than look to spend hours in the gym, you should focus on the intensity of your workouts. For example, each exercise should be performed until the point of failure. This will ensure that you maximize the amount of muscle fibre that you tear (which is good).

I strongly recommend you have a spotter for each exercise.

2. Protein Intake

If you really want to get muscular quickly then you need to increase your protein intake. You should consume 1 gram of protein for every pound of body weight. I personally do this using protein shakes. They are much healthier than steaks, and they do not fill you up as much. The reason why I love protein shakes is they allow me to focus on consuming large amounts of carbs during my meals.

Protein is the building block of muscle. You must consume sufficient amounts of it in order to get muscular.

3. Recovery Time

I recommend that you do split workouts in which you workout your upper body on day one and your lower body on day two. This will allow your specific muscle groups to get a 48 hour rest which is best for maximizing results. This is an essential part for how to get muscular quickly.

How I Gained 20 Pounds of Muscle in 3 Months

If you want to cut through all the crap and really start building lots of muscle fast, then here is the program I used: No Nonsense Muscle Building

Vince Delmonte (the creator) is a male fitness model who's also just another hard gainer. If it wasn't for this guy's program, I would still be a skinny "boy" instead of strong and toned MAN.

That's the real secret. If you want to see how Vince transformed from a 149lb weakling to a 210lb fitness model, then go to the No Nonsense Muscle Building Website and scroll to the second paragraph.
