Change your way of thinking
Ask yourself if the way you are living is making you a progress in your life towards your goals? If yes, great, if not you are doing something you should not be doing.
Yes, you should change the way you are doing things.
First thing you must do is change your way of thinking. Why? Because current way of thinking is not giving you the goals you want! Simple as that.

Get the financial education
Financial education is not about going to school of economic class and make a Ph.d.There are so many bank employees, stock brokers that are specialists in their field, but most of them really are not rich.
Financial education will be your tool to get rich and it is about five things.
1. How to increase incoming cash flow
2. How to protect the earnings from leaving
3. How to economic treat with your cash
4. How to increase your assets
5. How to upgrade your financial knowledge
Set goals and make a plan
First it is important to set goals you want to achieve. It may be in one year, in five years, and long term.
You can make a little more optimistic goals, in order to have a challenge to get there. That way you will get more from yourself.
Then make a plan how you will achieve them, step by step in as detailed as possible.

Start acting
If you want to get to the destination, than you must start acting. But not in any direction. It should be towards your goal. It is not important that you must make a big steps from the start. Even the tiny step will start a momentom in the direction. Once you start, it will only get easier to move forward and you will be able to make larger steps.
Find new friends
When you change the way of thinking you will see you have one topic you can not discuss with your current friends. Mostly they are simply not able to follow, you can end up loosing your friends and you wonder why they don't call you any more.
When you grow, you find new friends which have similar way of thinking, and they can even work with you.
And its not easy.
