Get Rid of Cellulite Naturally

Do you need to get rid of cellulite?

I have some, and I don't like it. So, I thought I would research some of the natural, effective ways that are out there for getting rid of it. I compiled all of the information that I came up with and have come across my own personal plan of action. I don't believe in doing anything harsh or invasive. My approach will be one that incorporates balance and a healthy lifestyle.

Oh yes, and though I probably won't mention it on this page, exercise is also a big part of my plan which will include whole body strength, cardio, and stretching five days a week or more depending on what I feel like doing.

1. Follow a Health Diet to Beat Cellulite

Elements of a Healthy Diet

We all pretty much should know what it means to have a healthy diet. But I like lists, so I am going to tell you anyway.
:)
  • Drink plenty of water. It keeps the body healthy and flushes out the bad stuff!
  • Fruits and Vegetables. To me, this is the foundation of a healthy diet. Yes, all the elements are important but fruits and vegetables are rich in nutrients and are certainly vital.
  • Whole grains. I try to stick to grains that are high in fiber like whole grain bread, sweet potatoes, and organic corn. Corn is in season right now and is especially good.
  • Protein is vital. Eating a diet that is high in protein is also important. It improves muscle tone which helps diminish cellulite.

The Only Nutrition Book You'll Ever Need

I'm serious. I've read a ton of them, and this is the only one that I've found helpful. The rest stress me out because they impose all these impossible restrictions on me. Tosca is a sweetheart and what she says is pure gold!

2. Use Creams to Help Get Rid of Cellulite

Best Creams to Help Minimize Cellulite

I am actually not sure if the creams "get rid of" cellulite but they certainly do help make them look better. I scoured Amazon to find ones that had some natural elements or were what I would consider entirely natural.
