No, this is not another article telling you that you should work out regularly and eat a lot of vegetables and fruit (I'm not saying you shouldn't, but you probably tried that already, and it didn't work); I will tell you what else you should try, and don't worry, everything is perfectly safe and it won't harm your body.

1) Dietary supplements

There are two dietary supplements you should take: Glucosamine and Lecithin. You can find them in your local health food store, pharmacy, or on eBay. These were recommended in a book by celebrity dermatologist Dr Murad called "The Cellulite Solution". Just be sure to follow the recommended dosages.

2) Massage with essential oils

Try massaging the affected area with rosemary oil, lemon oil, and cypress oil. Make sure you mix them with a carrier oil (e.g. almond or coconut), because they can't be used alone. You can find them on eBay and they are very cheap. For every 15ml of carrier oil, add 5 drops of essential oils. If the massage it too gentle, it won't work, if it is too rough, you are risking broken capillaries. Moderation is the key.

3) Coffee grinds

Mix coffee grinds with warm water and apply it on the affected area. Rinse after 30 minutes. Or mix coffee grinds with body lotion. Make sure you drink a glass of water after you do this to enable toxins to leave the body. Do this 2-3 times a week.
