Let's just dive into the 3 Quick Simple Strategies I have learned over the months to get six pack abs.
(No... Don't believe the rumor that are in the forums about crunches and sit ups..)
Before that, here's a SIMPLE formula you have to bear in mind:
Lose Belly Fats(Diet) + Proper Workouts = Six Pack Abs
Look, that's what most fails to understand.
A lot of people ALWAYS tell you (and me) to do hundreds of reps of sit up and crunches to get six pack abs. Now, how is that possible to have visible abs with those belly fats that you have?!?!
"IMPORTANT: Sit Up and Crunches does NOT BURN fats, it only helps with the TONING and STRENGTHENING."
So first, you have to lose those belly fats first, then do the proper workout in order to get your six pack abs.
I hope you see the light now. Anyway, onto the 3 strategies...
You have to change your diet.
Heard before, "Diet is King, Exercise is Queen."?
Probably... Otherwise, you could be reading many gimmick diet books about low carb, low fat, high protein, vegetarian, fasting, atkins, etc...
Here are some quick tips that can help you:
Quick Tip #1: As natural and unprocessed as possible.
Over processing screws up your metabolism and hormone balance, making it very unhealthy.
Quick Tip #2: Go Whole grains.
(Refined Grains vs Whole Grains) -> Whole Grain
Quick Tip #3: Go for Natural Sources
(Refined Sugars against Natural sources of Sugar) i.e. Fruits
Quick Tip #4: Avoid highly processed, refined and hydrogenerated oil.
Instead, eat natural sources of healthy fats like nuts, avocado, fish, eggs, coconut milk, organically raised meats.

Strategy #2: FOCUS on intensity of your workout on your entire body to get the HIGHEST metabolic response.Confused? I broken it down in details to help you a little...
2.1 - Firstly, you got to make sure you FOCUS the intensity of your workout. Make it as HIGH as possible.
2.2 - Focus on working the body as a WHOLE to get the best metabolic response in order to lose belly fats.
2.3 - Ensure you have short or no rest periods (10-20 seconds)
2.4 - Work on the largest muscle groups.
2.5 - Don't isolate specific small muscles like the biceps, triceps, calves, etc..

Strategy #3: Drop the Crunches and Sit UpsYou will be surprised but for REAL results, drop both the crunches and sit ups.
Shocking isn't it? You probably will ask, now what do I do?
Most people would need something better than crunches.
The reason why is because crunches gives the least resistance to your abs.
Tip: Resistances is the key to developing and toning your muscles.
Example of a HIGH Resistance Exercise:
The Hanging Leg Raise.
How?
Basically, main key is to work the hell out of your abs by curling your pelvis up as you raise your leg.
Yes it sounds tough and hard to express with words and no one actually got it right on the first time but it's very easy once you know how to.

Simple Diet Tips - Top 3 Category Of Food You Must Avoid For Six Pack Abs
It's time to say goodbye to these :(
What's really coincidental(right...) is you ate these before! :)
3 Category of food to Avoid:
- Refined Starchy Food
- Deep Fried Food (Trans Fats)
- Soda AND sugary food (an exception: whole fruits)
4 food sources that does the WORST damage in our food supply:

- Trans Fats
- Refined Vegetable Oils
- Refined starchy carbohydrates
- Processed Sugars
With those above, here are some examples what to avoid:
Food To Reduce, Skip and eventually... Avoid:
It's important to stop eating especially when you eat these often.

- French Fries
- Pasta and Rice
- Soda
Why?
They give you trans fats and high fructose! Avoid them!
Example on what to order:

- Meat with Side Vegetables
- Salad
Extra Tip: Tell the person serving you that you would want to substitute the french fries for vegetables and salad. They will be happy to swap for you.
IMPORTANT: Ignore what your friends say about you when they call you a wimp/loser just because you don't take french fries.
They will regret it in the future. It's ironic why these are the people who complain they are overweight or have tried everything but just can't lose weight.
" Soda and Fries are the Biggest Killer in fast food restaurants. "
Why?

Bad Diet:
- Burger
- Fries
- Soda or sweetened drinks (diet soda = NOT healthy!)
You might already be guessing it. Yes, MacDonald!
Smarter Diet (300-900 calories difference):

- Burger
- Salad/Vegetables
- Unsweetened Iced Tea / Water (Strictly NO diet drinks)
An Exception to meals like:

- Full portions of pasta
- Rice
- Breads
It's possible to get away with meals like that by scheduling a HIGH intensity FULL BODY resistance training workout before or after your meal time.
Why?
Because your body can handle a higher amount of carbohydrates than your usual after a high intensity FULL body workout.
Time your meals right.
Side Note: A normal NON-high intensity workout will NOT work. It must be HIGH Intensity resistance training workout to deplete enough muscle glycogen.Hope this helps! And if you are still eating the ever famous MacDonalds, it's time to think about your future and reduce on that intake.

Let's explore 8 of these easy outdoor workouts.
What You Must Achieve?
You have to make sure you achieve a HIGH metabolism response and muscle sculpting workout to ensure you lose maximum potential of abdominal fats.
8 Easy Outdoor Workouts:
Best Guideline: Try and aim for NO rest in between these exercises so that you can get maximum metabolism boosting, thus lose belly fats.
- Do 50, 75 or 100-yard Wind Sprints(running as fast as possible)
- Pull Ups intervals
- Mountain Climbers on ground

It depends on your definition of hard. If you are willing to sacrifice about an hour every 2~3 days doing proper exercises and having healthy balanced diet, it should be a fairly easy ride. Self-discipline in other words.
If you however find it hard to change your diet, it may take a while especially when I was a MacDonald fan, myself :P
If you are just starting out only, I would suggest you to read the free report above if you are just starting out. It gives you an overview of six pack abs and goes into the some detailed specifics of diet and proper workouts.
A trick I always do to make sure I exercise is to set a pre-determined time (like 6.30pm, 9pm) to do my exercises. I hardly miss it :)
